The following changes have been implemented on the Home page as of January 21, 2026 (#544251):

3 category boxes have been added to the Slideshow section for desktop and mobile based on the specified mockups and attached images.
The background color of the footer has been updated to #0059a2.
The footer has been removed from the mobile version, leaving only the quick links section.

The following changes have been implemented on the Slideshow section of the Home page as of January 23, 2026 (#544251):

The attached image has been uploaded as the new slideshow image.
The attached Paychex logo has been uploaded, and the section that includes the category boxes has been redesigned to include said Paychex logo. The design of both desktop and mobile versions have also been updated.
The background color of the Category Boxes has been updated to white.

- The design of the Account Confirmation Email has been updated based on the previously attached mockup. (#10771 - February 23, 2026)

The following changes have been applied to the “By Department” category page: [#557759] (March 26, 2026)

The page has been updated to display six clickable category boxes. For the initial setup, sample content has been added to each box for testing purposes.
- To edit the heading or individual boxes, please navigate to: Admin Dashboard > Design > Store Design > Departments.
- Each box is configured so that when clicked, users are directed to the category page for the selected department, where its products are displayed.
On mobile, the page has been configured to display a dropdown along with a “View Products” button based on the provided mockups. When the button is clicked, users will be directed to the category page of the selected department.

Support TL Notes:

Per discussion/call on 4/29/2026 (ticket ref# 775588), client follows specific process with uploading "New Hire" users which is handled different than the standard/normal paychex users that will self register. The ticket offers additional details, but the steps provided to Emerald Print are as follows:
1. Start by navigating into Settings > Store Options: https://paychexswagstore.mybrightsites.com/admin/store_options
2. Then toggle on "Hide Registration" and click "save changes" (this will ensure standard/normal paychex users can't register for the time being).
3. Navigate next into Settings > Notification Options: https://paychexswagstore.mybrightsites.com/admin/notification_options
4. Disable "send welcome emails" (this setting is primarily used for accounts made with a password, or once a user registers and confirms their email; for new hires/employees, it may confuse them receiving two emails, and I'd recommend disabling this for now) and save your changes.
5. Go into Design > Layouts: https://paychexswagstore.mybrightsites.com/admin/design/templates
6. Click the caret drop-down under the last modified date, and choose "Publish" on the layout labeled "New Hire Email Version."
7. It will be published instantly, and now navigate into Users & Groups > Users: https://paychexswagstore.mybrightsites.com/admin/users
8. Take the file from your client that you have prepared (ensuring that required fields for First Name, Last Name, Email, Username, and your required Balance are set) and upload it using "upload new users."
9. Wait for the system to process the upload (which depending on the # of users can take 5 to 15 minutes, but I think with hundreds of users (to be safe), I'd say 10 minutes) and you should see a banner letting you know when the upload is completed.
  1. 1. If it completes with errors, click the error notification (it will appear similar to the this screenshot)
10. Once the upload finishes navigate back into Design > Layouts and publish the "Standard design" back.
11. Go into settings > notification options and re-enable the "Send welcome emails" toggle and save your changes.
12. Go into settings > store options, and turn OFF the toggle for "hide registration" and save your changes.
